In 3 days, I’m going to start to be a total jogging addict, I think

I’ve been beta testing it and I can confirm it’s actually the greatest app ever. Full iOS release date is as specified, Android release this Spring.

It’s so intense, at one point during the first mission when radio contact was lost, I could hear them trying to contact me “Can you hear us?!” and I literally grabbed the mic and shouted, “I CAN HEAR YOU WHAT DO I DO?” even though that’s not how it works.

I’m just glad nobody was near me.

This is gonna be fun.

I found the recipe for that bomb ass Sweet potato veggie burger I posted awhile back. Im not much of a veggie burger person, but I most certainly AM a sweet potato and avocado person. Gonna make this and stuffed mushrooms tomorrow night for dinner.

Sweet Potato Veggie Burgers
makes 7-8 large patties

2 cans cannellini white beans, drained
1 large sweet potato, baked/peeled/mashed (about 2 cups)
2 Tbsp tahini
2 tsp maple or agave syrup
1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning OR Cajun seasoning (or another fave spice!)
1/4 cup wheat flour
optional: additional seasoning (whatever you have on hand - I used a few dashes cayenne, black pepper and a scoop of nutritional yeast)
salt to taste if needed

plentiful Panko crumbs
safflower oil for pan

burgers: avocado, Dijon mustard, grain buns, romaine, onion, olive oil, pepper

Directions:

1. Bake sweet potato. Peel, place in large mixing bowl.
2. Add drained beans to mixing bowl. Mash beans and potato together.
3. Mash in seasoning, flour and any additional seasoning. Your mixture will be quite soft and moist. But you should be able to form a patty. Add more flour or a scoop of breadcrumbs - or dry rice to thicken the mixture if needed.
4. Heat 1 Tbsp safflower oil in a pan over high heat.
5. Form a patty from mixture and coat in Panko crumbs. Thick coating. Then drop the patty in the pan. Repeat until the pan is filled. Cook until browned on both sides. You could also bake. If baking, use less Panko.
6. Transfer cooked patties to paper towel. Cool for a few minutes.
7. Serve on toasted bun with lotsa toppings.

Note: yes this patty does fall kind of apart as you eat it. But that is OK because it tastes yummy.

GGoing on a cleanse this week. -_- then major work out mode. Kyle and i have to get our summer bodies ready. Going to Vegas to watch the sonnen vs. Silva fight. On another note, I rearranged and redecorated Kyles room. I LOVE IT. So does he. I’ll probably post some pictures. But im happy. I was finally able to turn his room into OUR room haha. I had nightmares like everynight. Feng shui-ed the shit out it it. Ahaha the room looks bigger and brighter now. =]

Gets me EVERYTIME. Kyle has NO soul/heart. We just watched titanic and he didn’t cry or even tear up. Heartless bastard. He just ate his meatloaf lol. I was balling and he was like ” what a log hog. ” because rose didn’t share the log with jack. Ahaha

I’m doing it old school. I read all my old online blogs from when I was a teen in highschool until now and Ive decided that I put my business out there a lot. Not as much as other people, but more than I’d like. So, I’ve decided to start writing again…but in my journal this time. I used to write about pointless silly things back then. I wrote a bunch of poems that didn’t make sense, poems that made sense, silly stories and stuff, & sometimes I wrote about really deep stuff. All that got lost in cyber space and I’d like to keep everything I write, for good/bad memories. I want to remember everything when I grow up. All this online blogging is getting too complicated from me. Years from now, I’ll look back and try to relive my youth and I would’ve either deleted this(along with all my memories, pics & pointless blog entires), lost my email/pw, or just forgot about it. I feel like if I write everything in a journal, it’s there, it’s present, it’s real and I can just pick it up and continue where I left off. I will still keep my tumblr though to post pictures I like & things that make me laugh. I wont be completely shut out & off. =D
